  • Ability to terminate and test cables
  • Basic knowledge or willing to learn of IP cameras and NVR’s configuration, can get NVR online and add cameras
  • Basic Knowledge of Routers and switch setup, Can get a new router online with basic configuration with static IP.
  • Ability to Mount TV’s on wall, Centered and Level, where directed by customer
  • Cable management Racks, Patch panels, Behind TV’s
  • Must have excellent Customer service experience
  • Must have trouble shooting skills
  • Must be able to adapt and overcome issues
  • onsite Flexible Schedule Monday through Friday. If job is not complete some weekends may be required

Tier 2 Technician

The primary role of our Tier 2 Technician is to supervise an array of technical projects related to the support of our clients technology. The Tier 2 technician provides the second level of backing to the end-users by handling service requests that have been escalated by lower tiers.

The applicant will have the ability to evaluate existing systems and make proactive endorsements for improvements. Establish, cultivate, and carry out all systems, applications, and networking configurations.
